Unable to Download (Free) Apps

For some reason, I cannot download any new apps. If I tap on "get," it automatically switches back rather than installing on my phone. My apps are updating, however. Please advise.

Yes I do. Is it a glitch? I have had the YouTube app for a long time.

Another thing: Do you think it's a wifi issue? I was able to download once I left home and was on LTE.

I think its a glitch in the update or something. (has nothing to do with wifi)

Easy fix, delete the youtube app and re download, everything should work for you then.
