"Unable to Download Podcast" error in Podcasts app

Just this past week I have been unable to download episodes of a specific podcast (FEaB) via the native Podcast app on my iPhone. I can stream them, but I can't download episodes to my phone for offline listening. I WAS able to download them last week. This is only happening with this 1 specific podcast, I can download episodes of all my other podcasts just fine. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on on wifi or cellular, I get the same error. It tries to download it, and appears to have finished the download but then the error window pops up "Unable to Download Podcast" with the options "Done" and "Retry." I attached a screenshot. Retrying never works. I have also tried force quitting the app, and unsubscribing/resubscribing to the podcast to no avail. I'm on 9.2.1 if it matters but I haven't updated anything between the time it worked and stopped working.

Is this a known issue?

Have you tried a hard reset (hold power and home buttons)? Maybe that's worth a try.

I was having the same issue with Democracy Now! since last week. Restarted a bunch of times, nothing. Low and behold as of this morning the podcast can be downloaded again.

This happens from time to time from various podcasts I listen to. Within a few days (assuming they aren't just two people running their own show) it's usually sorted out. Appears to be on the podcasters end.

No problem, unfortunately after being able to download yesterday's episode, I'm now having the same issue again with today's.
