I was adding a contact today into Contact.app and I am unable to edit the Notes field

Anyone else have this issue?

Whew. Not just me.

Are use this very often as well. I wonder how they broke this

Okay so it’s not broken - just different. Pick your contact and just start typing in the Notes field. You don’t have to go into “edit” mode. When you leave and come back the notes are there.

Always been that way. Now, what I have noticed in in iOS 12, where you place the cursor does matter: seems a bit pickier in that need to tap below the word "Notes" vs tapping next to the word "Notes" (from what I recall: most of my contacts get entered on Mac, so, rarely messing with Note field on iOS).

Yep, I see that now. You can type the notes in edit or in the initial contact view but need to be underneath.

Hmmm. I tried that a multiple times and didn’t work... now trying again it does. I agree very picky

Thanks for the fix!!
