Unable to go into landscape mode in Safari?

I have a 5s running 7.0, and I'm not able to switch into landscape mode while in Safari? I've made sure the orientation isn't locked but I'm still not able to. Did they remove this?

No they didn't remove it. I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 7.0.2 and use landscape mode in Safari just fine.

There's no lock with a circle around it in your status bar, is there? I know you said it's off, but just making sure. Maybe you could post a screenshot.

Yes, 100% sure it's off. I even locked then unlocked and still no dice.

Try a hard reset? Hold the home and power buttons together, the screen will turn off, then you'll see the Apple logo - let go of the buttons then.
