Unable to install app

I had previously purchased Hitman Go and noticed that it was in the Apple TV App Store now. When I hit the install icon (the cloud with the down arrow), it shows the circle as if it's going to start installing/downloading. Then it reverts to the install icon. Never installing. I have restarted the AppleTV and logged out and back into iTunes/App Store any suggestions?

Thanks, this is essentially day two of the issue. If it's still not working tomorrow then I will reach out to Apple support.
