iOS Unable to install self signed IPA files in IOS 8.1.3

I've just installed IOS 8.1.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus and I'm now unable to install self signed IPA files.

If I go back to IOS 8.1.2 they work fine.

Anyone have a fix for this??
