Unable To Install WatchOS5

I received a new watch from Apple and I have beta profiles installed on it, and my phone, however when I attempt to update it’s still picking up 4.3? Help

It may be a prerequisite to install OS 5 at this point but you must also be on iOS 12 beta as well.

From my understanding the WatchOS beta isn't automatic you have to manually install it.

Did not work for me either last week. Installed IOS12 without problems, but the watch was not getting the update, even though the profile was installed.
So i just decided to wait until tomorrow

iPhone must have beta profile and golden master iOS 12 installed
Must install watch beta profile to watch and then Golden master watch os 5
Or just wait till this coming week for production maybe 9/17

The release date on both IOS12 and WatchOS 5 is tomorrow. I rolled back from IOS12 beta to IOS 11.4x because I had some special challenges on my AW and they never showed up in my activity app. I wanted to make sure that I had them before going to IOS12. I know a number of people also reported this bug. One guy dropped back to 11.x and then back to 12 a few times to make sure it wasn't something he was doing. Every time he went to IOS 12 all his special challenges disappeared even though under 11.x they were all there. We will see tomorrow.
