Has anyone else had issues logging into the citizens one loan website? I keep getting this message:

Please try again later.

As Citizen One is the company that finances Apple’s update program, it is directly related to the iPhone.

Erm, no it’s not! A bank has such financial ties with hundreds of businesses. That’s not related to their website not working.

Actually, there is a dedicated website for iPhone upgrade program. You cannot access your loans via the Citizens One normal website. You must use the URL provided from Citizens One or on your Apple receipt.

Still a site being down is not related to the device itself.

To answer your question OP, the site is working fine for me this morning, I am able to login to my account.

Working for me as well

OP, is this the first time you have tried to log into the site?
As stated above, perhaps you are trying to access the wrong URL

It finally started working this morning.

Was working Saturday and down all day Sunday for me. I had no issues accessing the site last for most of this year/and last.

Your eye-rolling superiority is duly noted.

Nonetheless, we have someone who purchased an iPhone asking others who purchased iPhones if they are having trouble accessing their loan portal. That’s an iphone issue.

Well, seeing that there’s no specific “iPhone: Payment and loan access issues” sub forum, sometimes one just has to put topics someplace where it doesn’t seem to be a precise fit. This seems as good as anyplace, IMO. I probably would have done the same.
