hi all,

previously i have a problem for unable to login after my MBP hanged and restart.

i search online and found a solution to it which is to remove ATIRadeonX1000.kext . however by doing this there is a lot of inconvinent for me.

so i would like to ask if there is anyone here who has got a better solution?

my mac is a 1.83GHz MBP. the first gen macbook pro.

hi,

i guess u misunderstood me.

it is not that my account got lock but it is that there are some problem with the driver. i am still able to login in safe mode. just that if i boot normally, after entering my account password and such the screen will stay on the blue login background.
