iPad Unable to mail link from Safari

Hello,

Sometimes (most times) when I try to mail a link to a page from Safari mobile I am unable to. I press the share button, then the mail link, then an email rises from the bottom of the screen. But the email goes "dark" and I'm unable to edit it. I have to close Safari, kill the process and reopen it. Then I'm able to use the share link okay. Does anyone know what's going on here? It's annoying as heck.

I've never had this happen. Can you post a link to one page that does this so we can all test it?

I am wondering if there is something under the keyboard that popped up wanting you to click OK or Cancel before you type in the to field.
