Unable to modify iPhone 6S Plus App screens

I received my mu iPhone 6S Plus on Friday. I have installed all my favorite apps, but wanted to clean up some of the clutter, so I fired up iTunes. However, when I click on the Device - iPhone - Apps, on the right where the "Home Screens" should be, all I get is a spinning icon. Ideas?

Had the same exact problem when I first got it. I then rebooted my device and it was working.

I found the solution on the Apple support forum -- the default background, for some unexplained reason, prevents the app screens for displaying in iTunes. Change the background and voila, it works!
