Unable to purchase 7.0.4

Every single song, app, movie to tv show I try to purchase on my 5s gives the error Unable to Purchase please try again later. Sometimes it still downloads but the majority of the time it just never downloads and I have to keep trying all day until it finally works. But I get this error every single time I try to purchase something.

I am trying to give them my money but apparently they don't want it.

Anyone else have this problem?

First try a simple reset (sleep and home button until Apple logo appears).

This happens to me as well. After I get that error message, I bring up multitasking and swipe away the app store. Then I go back into the app store to download again, then i'll get a message saying "you've already purchased this" and then it'll start downloading. Hope that helps

Maybe you should log out with your Apple ID and log back in?
