Yesterday, I switched service providers from Cricket to Verizon. I wanted to login to my Apple ID account, so I needed that SMS with the verification code.
For some reason, I can never receive it. I've tried multiple times, but never receive the SMS from Apple. I'm on the same phone number and everything. I can receive short message SMS just fine from everything else.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure where my backup key is right now so I'm pretty much stuck.
Have I lost my account completely?
Anyone encounter this before?
