hi,
i was playing with bootcamp in Yosemite beta, i don’t know what happen to the hard drive, its got 70GB space un allocated. unable to resize the hard drive from disk utility i have formate the hard drive and install OS notting changes. when i try to resize while on recover screen its said “Couldn’t unmount disk” any help will be nice.

If you are unable to resize the current partition by clicking on it then clicking on the resize part of it in the lower right corner, you will have to backup your data and reformat your drive to re-consolidate it into one partition.

i have tried that too but it was an error “Couldn’t unmount disk”

You cannot format the current startup drive. You must start from an external drive or via Internet Recovery. You may be able to expand the partition using the Recovery partition.
