Did you remove the Boot Camp partition with Boot Camp Assistant?

If you are unable to resize the current partition by clicking on it then clicking on the resize part of it in the lower right corner, you will have to backup your data and reformat your drive to re-consolidate it into one partition.

You cannot format the current startup drive. You must start from an external drive or via Internet Recovery. You may be able to expand the partition using the Recovery partition.
