iPod touch Unable to restore from iOS 6.0.1 JBed

I tried restoring my iPod Touch 4G while in Recovery Mode and DFU Mode and all I get is either error 21 or 1602, please help.

Which firmware are you trying to restore to?

Error 2 is not in DFU

Error 1602 might indicate your host file is still pointing to Cydia

I'm trying to restore it to 6.0.1 from 6.0.1
