Hi folks, I would need some help from somebody that understand well email servers. I apologize for writing a wall of text... I just wanted to give all the info

I have been using MM as my SMTP outgoing mail server for about 8 months. Everything was working fine until 2 months ago. Ever since, I am sporadically not able to sent email to a specific domain name 🙄, it is a major problem because it is my employer😱.

I have done a bunch of tests sending messages to my employer and simultaneously putting my other accounts (e.g. hotmail, etc) in the Bcc. The message gets send immediately to all my other accounts but I receive randomly the message below for all recepients that have a "@uqam.ca" address.

"Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 1 day
to the following recipients: (then recipients are identified)

Mon, 02 May 2011 19:20:34 -0700 (PDT)
Error writing SMTP packet

The mail system will continue to try to deliver your message
for an additional 3 days.

Original-envelope-id: xxxxxxxxxxxxx@asmtp025.mac.com
Reporting-MTA: dns;asmtp025-bge351000.mac.com (tcp-daemon)
Arrival-date: Mon, 02 May 2011 19:11:15 -0700 (PDT)"

Sometimes after a few days, the email finally gets to destination sometimes it does not.

Tried to solve problem with apple, but according to them the problem is with the "uqam" mail sever. The "uqam" postmaster says the problem is with apple and the fact that my email work perfectly with everybody else does mean anything!😕
