Unable to sign to store.

Unable to sign to App Store on a Mac Mini 1,1 flashed to 2,1 running 10.7.5

I'm getting constant spinning wheel (not the beach ball, but the receiving content) to the left of my Apple ID.

If this is not working many 4,1>5,1 cMP are in deep dudu.
