Unable to sort items in Finder after OSX Lion

I prefer to have my files in Finder in Icon view, alphabetized with the folders listed first, followed by all other file types in alpha order as well. This was a breeze to set up before Lion. Anyone know how to do this?

I tried the Sort/Arange By combinations, and nothing is making it show up that way anymore. :(
