unable to sync after JB i am getting error 0xE8000022

went to sync after JB and got

itunes can not connect to ipad because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000022)

I am on OS X itunes 9.1

iPad 32g WiFi

only JB apps i have is backgrounder and installous

i know i can restore. i was hoping for a cause, or at least a better route. thanks though, looks like i will restore.

your best bet wold be to search through the Spirit Jailbreak thread on here. A lot of problems have been solved in that thread.
