Unable to Sync iPod

    It was working fine the other day, and I haven't changed anything since, but I'm now getting this message in iTunes when I plug in my iPod Touch 4g:

    "The iPod "Steve's iPod" could not be synced because the sync session failed to start."

    And I can't change, add or remove things on my iPod. iOS 5.0 and iTunes 10.5. Any suggestions?

    Scratch that, a few tries later and it appears to be working. Just like that. Temperamental thing.
