unable to unzip file

so i've been trying to unzip a file recently but everytime i double click on it i get error 0

unsure of what todo, it originally came on a ISO file, am i doing something wrong, i have full permissions to read and write files

I think your Zip file is segmented. Find "Professional.vhd.001.zip" and double-click on it.
