UNABLE TO UPGRADE TO iOS 5

hi guys.. i have myself an iPhone4,16gb, factory unlocked phone, running on v 4.3.5...
i am trying to upgrade it to i0S 5 through iTunes, but i keep getting an error saying " The iphone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

NO CLUE why or what to do??

Try using another computer to do the update and then plug it back to your itunes and restore from backup after.

Also make sure you're using iTunes 10.5 -- earlier versions don't work with iOS5

Will try using another computer. Thanks. Am using iTunes 10.5 itself. Just downloaded the latest one before trying to upgrade to ios5. Will give it a shot. Thanks!
