I have finally been told after 2 weeks of tech support that I must go through a fairly lengthy process to upload video to my mobile me gallery. The common thread seems to be the AVCHD video that is loaded through Imovie and converted to .mov file. I have to output the video through Quicktime, then import it back to imovie and then export it to mobile me. This all takes several hours. I don't understand why it can't be directly exported to mobile me in the first mov file when that is supposed to be a supported format. Anybody have some ideas? Not thrilled with Apples workaround for this, although they don't call it that.
