Unacceptable customer support rant!

    First time post looking for help!

    I placed an order from the online edu store in Canada 2 days ago simple.
    My son informed me I missed the printer option, I spent 3 hours total on hold yesterday before getting through?? Managed to get through while visiting the US printer ordered.......(wrong one my mistep) Called from Canada at 8:15 this am spoke with a new worker by the sounds of things in Texas 25 minutes later still no confirmation of switch.........THEN phones automatically switched to French Canadian and I was hung up on! I called back same number in US and Canada and received recording that offices are closed and will pen at 9 am (web site indicates 5 am??) At 9 am I got though and sat on Hold for 30 minutes with NO person available?? VERY VERY dissatisfied and not sure if I should continue with ANY purchase??? There is NO way to contact APPLE customer service via web or e-mail that I can find, there is NO way to CHANgE my order on line??/ Long time shareholder Not sure I should be an end user?? Any ideas help appreciated...I do not have endless hours to listen to poor music.


    Has Apple become a victim of it's success??? ARROGANT EVEN??

    Calm down. Pay more attention when you order. Try again tomorrow. You're obviously an adult and hopefully TRULY eligible for that edu discount so just relax and see if you can't get it sorted tomorrow or cancel the whole order and do it right the second time.
