unapproved caller

macbook pro osx10.10.5 getting an unapproved caller error when booting which is a pain.
any ideas how to fix this?
tried repairing permissions from a normal boot and from a safe boot and still have the problem any ideas?

thanks for the help, after reading up we tired to re-instal osx which failed then tried to wipe drive and that failed, looks like the drive is dead so going to swap it with a SSD which is one way to fix it i gess 🙄
