Unauthorized upon log on?

I get "Unauthorized" every time I use my .mac ID and password to log on me.com. I am an active subscriber. Anyone knows what's wrong?😕😕

Do you have all the updates installed?

Are you using @mac.com or @me.com at the end of your user ID when you are signing in? Because you do not need to.

Thanks. I installed all updates and I only use my ID before @ to log in. But for some reason I *reset* my password (to the same one as before) and now it is working.😱
