unblinking cursor

Noticed on youtube search box that cursor was not blinking as usual, but still was able to type in stuff. It started blinking again after a while. Why did it stop blinking?

reinstall itunes and make sure your display brightness is constantly at 60%....only then will the problem be fixed.
