I transfer some file from Window 2000 machine,

there are some Chinese file in it,

when I double click the .rar file, and the system uncompress the .rar file.

when I check the files insider the folder, the Chinese filename is messed up.

Do u guys know what is going on ??

What makes you think that the Chinese file name is messed up? Your "problem" may be as simple as different fonts on the two machines.

The problem here is simple; Windows uses a different method to display Chinese characters (code pages) than Mac OS X does (Unicode); therefore, the characters aren't displaying correctly. Sadly, there's no easy fix for these kind of transcoding problems.
