Undelete Software?

i finally managed to somehow delete all of my Entourage e-mails, calendar info, contacts. is there software which wil let me attempt to undelete files from the trash?

OSX will write over your data quite quickly so unless you're recovering it with an app like Data Rescue II, then shut it down. Good luck. 🙂

OS X writes over deleted files to avoid fragmentation, right? That makes data recovery difficult 🙁
