I've now had two panics on my 2012 MBP today, so obviously something isn't quite right. Is there any way to read the log of a kernel panic, much like you can a Windows BSOD?

Am I right in thinking that the "kernel extensions in backtrace" are the area of focus for the log?

    This is my latest log:
    Code:

I am no expert in kernel logs, but I suspect the Intel HD4000 graphics driver crashed.

and I'd get rid of sophos - it makes your computer less secure.

Agreed! I also recommend that you avoid using Sophos, as it could actually increase your Mac's vulnerability, as described here and here.
