Hi all

I have a decent home theatre system and enjoy watching movies. I use an Apple TV 4K to stream a lot of these films.

I recently purchased the new movie Underwater on iTunes and was amazed to hear that the front and rear channels were reversed. Centre channel was fine, but the rears were playing what the fronts should have been and vice versa.

Has anyone else bought this and can either test it, or have already noticed the problem?

any help would be gratefully received.

I have already spoken to Apple and they have refunded the film, but still curious.

Thanks in advance

Jason

I don't know about this film, but I have a somewhat similar story;

I rented one of the Star Trek movies on Blockbuster (over here Blockbuster became a streaming service with both subscription and rental options), but I quickly realised that the voice and image weren't synced properly. Thought maybe it was my browser streaming it, so tried with Firefox and Chrome, same issue. Tried changing network settings, same issue. Netflixed streamed other stuff fine. Even tried switching to Windows. - After writing an email to Blockbuster they said they confirmed it on their end too, refunded me and took down the film from their catalogue. Unsure if they fixed it and got it back up.
