On my MacBook, the mouse button is slightly higher on the right than it is on the left. Is this normal? Should I bring it in?

I think that's normal, I'm pretty sure it was like that on my old iBook G4. So it shouldn't be something to worry about.

I don't think it's really squishy or unresponsive. It's just an aesthetic issue.

Ah ok. Just that my button is really low on the left and squishy, where as the right side is fine. 🙂 Thought that might've been your problem.

Do you have a MB?

I had the same problem, and it wasn't till the fourth top case Apple changed that it started working correctly. That paper solution helps, but it is just not the same.

Yep, I have a MB. I don't think I'd be able to send it in for repairs though, as I practically need it every day for work.

I also had difficulties with that. I normally need my MB all the days, but I was able to convince them to give the MB tot hem at 6PM and they would have it ready at 7:30PM.

It's the benefit of going to an Apple Reseller, they normally are ore flexible when repairing your Mac.
