Here's my M2 Pro bought in March.

I know the Mac will eventually pop up a “Replace Battery” alert. It happened on my sister’s 2014 MacBook Pro a few months ago. She replaced the battery a few months after that.

My 2015 MacBook 12” hasn’t shown the alert yet, nor has my 2021 16” MacBook Pro. I don’t know what the battery “Percentage” is but since the alert isn’t showing, it must be over 80% on both computers. So I don’t worry about it.

I'm at 207 cycles and 94%. That's after 18 months. Battery life is fine for me but I'll just replace the battery when it gets to an unacceptable level.

Lost another 2% this week. Had been holding at 94% for several months.

Note: Been running Al Dente ever since it dropped to 94%

Don’t worry too much about battery health decline. In my experience, it’s not linear. My MacBook Air 2019 hold 102% for about 6 months and in one night, it just dropped to 94% and stayed for another few months. Sometimes, it also drop few % after updating macOS.
Charge limiter does help (it keep % health longer) but I prefer, just install and forget it.
