For the past few days, at about 1:30pm (2:30pm after the change to BST), my 2010 MPB 17" running OS X 10.6.7 has been popping up a message "Your computer is scheduled to go to sleep in 60(59,58....) seconds".

Before this, I played with creating a scheduled sleep settings in System Preferences, but then I decided to delete the setting. Is there some other place I need to look at to get rid of this - it is mildly annoying (especially now that it has moved from lunchtime, to work time).

I am facing the same problem, I never set the scheduled thing. The only thing I did is to go in that page but change nothing, then left. Could anyone help?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried restoring the settings and deleting the plist file. I can't think of anything else.

your computer has been scheduled to go to sleep . . .

Wha ? By whom ? Anyone know what's causing this ?
