I think they updates accounts one by one, I mean just like the way they upgrade storage, I have two msn accounts one is working (httpmail) one is not

Have you upgraded to 1.41 yet?
It's supposed to solve the "Not Implemented" issue, and did so with me.
My account has so far not been upgraded, but I had the "Not Implemented" issue just start randomly. I contacted Daniel Parnell (author of HTTPMail) and we tested a new beta of what eventually (in a matter of a day or so) became v1.41.

It works swell for me, but, like I said, I'm not really upgraded to 250mb yet.

Yeah, my situation's the same. 1.41 solved the problem but I don't have 250MB yet either.
