Well my friend has decided to send the iBook back (if they accept it) Well my friend is going to save up some money and wants to buy a NEW iBook. He was thinking of buying an Indigo iBook on EBAY!!!! But I will asure him that nothing is better than a brand... new... computer...
 
Again I say try powermax, smalldog, or even Apple.com for refurbs or even last years models when the new ones come out.

If your friend can wait that long.

if the seller will not refund, which i bet will be the case, you need to file a fraud complaint. this will only at most get you $175, but that is better than nothing.
