Uni Macbook's battery life

[Q1Design]

Hi all,
It's my first posting after reading MacRumors every day for last tow years.😀
I bought a new Uni MacBook 2.0 three weeks ago replacing year old white MB. I love it and all but I'm not happy with the battery life. I'd be really lucky to get 3 hours from only surfing the net and chatting no iTunes or movies.
My old white MB lasted much longer than that.

Is that normal? or should I call Apple?

I have done all that turn off the bluetooth, mid brightness, no other running apps other than Firefox and msn using Airport WiFi.

The iStat shows the battery 6 cycles and 100% healthy.

It doesn't sound normal to me... by browsing the net alone / chatting on iChat I get about 4.5 hours out of it. If I watch a movie in between the battery life is still well above 3 hours.

depending on what I am browsing online, it can range from 3-5hours.


If i'm on Youtube alot, it diminishes very fast. Flash is not a friend of the battery. Minimal text reading like articles and journals can expect 5hours.
