I want to get this dent fixed for good. Could someone please give me links to parts and websites where I can get it repaired?

The dent is near the Apple logo at the back btw, can anybody tell me what that part of the Macbook is called please?

Good luck with that. That part might not come seperate and would have to come with the monitor as well.

Small but annoying. I think I dropped a remote on it while I was sleeping and put the MacBook at the side of me.

You can't replace the outside lid without replacing the whole screen assembly. A few people here have tried similar things, but that part and the glass over the screen are glued together pretty intensely. It is near impossible to remove the glass without breaking it.

At least you can't see it all the time. I've got a dent in my speaker grill. It stares at me.

A sticker is a great idea. I have a sticker on the front of my macbook, and I don't even have a dent. I know many mac owners would never dare deface their precious Apple product, but I say it gives it some character. Pick a tasteful sticker, and I think it'll make it look cooler.

    My sticker choice:
