Unibody faster than Retina?

    I know it's minor, but if you look at these geekbench scores...

    http://browser.primatelabs.com/mac-benchmarks

    The unibody shows itself as 66 points faster than the Retina.
    (Looking at 32 bit 2.7GHz i7-3820QM scores)

    I wonder why?

    Retina consumption might be affecting processor and ram performance. Most logical answer.

    66 points is most assuredly within the variance for such benchmarks. You could run these again and get flipped results.

    No conclusion can be made from this.

    Even if true - will it effect 95% of users - No. I'll sacrifice a millisecond to save my eyes while staring at the retina screen all day.
