Unidentified Icon in Mail App

Hey guys,

could you please take a look at the picture attached. I have no idea what this icon is supposed to represent, and if I tap on it, my email disappears 🙁.
My iPad runs on 4.2 beta 3.

Archive (I assume it is a Gmail account)

Yes gmail, thanks a bunch.

You can also go into the settings and turn archiving off and that button will change back to delete.
