Uninstall & Reinstall iTunes - is it possible??

Hi, just before iOS7 came out, i grabbed a sneaky version of the GM, i had to 'update' iTunes to a beta version.

Im having all sorts of issues now and want to uninstall and reinstall the software (iTunes on a Mac) - is it possible??

Pls see my pics - some weird things happening, icons/writing cropped / half shown - mentions countries of which im not resident.

Cant i simply delete the app and re load via safari search?
All my data is on an ext hard drive....

Why don't you just download the latest version of iTunes from Apple's website? Run the installer, and it will install over the version you currently have.
