Uninstalling languages and printer drivers?

I just used the upgrade option for Tiger and the languages and printer drivers uninstalled without my consent I guess is the best way to word it. Is there anyone I can get rid of the printer drivers and extra languages now?

DeLocalizer is OK up to 10.2.x but people have reported here that it also worked with Panther. I would use with Tiger at your own peril...

delocalizer worked for the languages, how about the printer drivers?
