Well I've decided that it'd be better for me to run bootcamp instead of parallels. I uninstalled with .dmg it downloaded with but when it was installing windows created a partition of about 30gb it seems. Which is about on par with what the HD says is gone. But when I go to create the boot camp partition it says that space is still missing. So my question is how to get that space back. Its a brand new macbook not even 24hrs old so 25-30gigs can't be gone.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Well figured it out. didn't realize leopard needed 15.4gb of space. damn. that and the 6gb folder parallels created accounted for my lost space. If i had known leopard was that much i would have got the 120 gb harddrive. oh well i'll just get a larger one when i order some ram.

carry on. ;)
