uninstalling Photoshop

I had the photosop CS3 trial version, and now i want to reinstall it and crack it to the full version. However, the installer always says that PHOTOSHOP CS3 conflicts with Photoshop CS3. I've spotlighted photoshop and deleted every single file assioated with it. Please Help!!!

FYI, I'm glad to help but next time do not mention anything about illegal software or cracking the software to make it the full version. It's against macrumors.com board policy.
