I have a Mac AIR Book with a French keypad (laptop purchased in France). The tab key is at the left end of the keyboard, next to the "A" key and below #,@,1,&. I unintentionally send/launch an e-mail when I (unintentionally) press the TAB key and then press ENTER. This usually occurs when I don't press down squarely on the A key, thus pressing both the A and TAB keys virtually simultaneously, and then press ENTER.

I do not see in system preferences (keyboard) that "tab+ENTER" is a shortcut, and I seek your advice on whether I can change the response of the laptop to the simultaneous pressing of those two keys.

I use Yahoo mail, but I do not know if that matters.

Thank you.

Tab typically moves the button highlight to the "next" button, so I'm guessing that when you hit tab it highlights the "send" button and then "enter" is the equivalent of clicking it.
