iPod touch Unistall Trip1pogostick

Does anyone know how to uninstall trip1pogostick without crashing the entire thing and having to do a restore.

Options are uninstall it then immediately chmod the apps folder or unistall summerboard at the same time then reinstall summerboard without exiting installer..

anyone with this info will be awarded a chocolate candy bar of their choosing!
