I'm not very good with macs, but the computer I use at work is one. I need to run software on it for my job that can only be used on a PC, and I know that VMware fusion can run these programs, but I don't want to have to load it every time I want to use them. Is there a way I can use unity to just open a window that goes directly to the programs I want to use? Am I even making sense?

The programs I need to use are programs that allow me to reset users passwords on own network in the event that they forget them.

I don't think so, Fusion must be open first, then unity. Unity uses windows, so you have to have windows loaded.

Downside of virtual box is you cannot run it off a bootcamp partition, thus enjoying native speeds should you need it
