Subject says it all. I think my 1 year old boy was pushing buttons one day, and it started the universal access panel, and now it starts every time I start my computer. I've gone through the universal access options to see if there's a startup one, but I don't see it.

Any other places I might look?

My two year old has the knack of being able to make intricate and not-easily-remedied changes to my Mac just by banging a few random keys too 🙂

The only thing I can think of is if you have Sys Prefs set to start on login. Have a look in Sys Prefs - Accounts - Login Items.
