Hey guys.
I have been trying for hours to compile a universal binary for expect to use in an expect script in my work environment.
The script works great on the intel macs with the latest versions of expect, but on the powerpc's they have reeeeaaaaaaaallllllyyyyy old versions of expect (even though they have been updated to osx 10.5) so the scripts dont work 100% of the time.
I thought if I kept a local copy of the latest expect in the same dir, dotslashed it in the script and used it on all the machines it would be great - and it runs great, except that the powerpc's dont run that binary (obviously).
So I have spent the last 7 hours or so trying to compile a universal binary of the latest expect, and have been fighting error after error after error with the makescripts and compilers and I just freakin give up.
If someone could build a universal binary of the latest expect for me I will be sooooooo happy.
PLEASE!!!!
