Could anyone please confirm that there is only one version of Leopard so that no mater where you buy the disc it will work anywhere in the world.

Specifically, I will be visting the US in a couple of weeks and would like to purchase Leopard there for use on my UK supplied MBP. Will it be the same software as supplied in the UK.

    Thanks for your time

It is localized, to set up the language and in your case the keyboard.

You might find £ replaced by # and a couple other quirks, though that should be easily worked around -- switching int. prefs I think.

But it would only likely be an issue with a clean install, keeping the user probably gets around the issues also.

Sorry to be a nuisance. As a macnewbie still finding my way around the system operation, is there a means of setting up a keyboard for regional differences as in Windows. If so does setting this and the language option give full operability in any country?

    Thanks again
